Hayden Paddon × Duality Co-Driver

He's got one in the car. Now he's got one for the business.

Hayden Paddon is an internationally renowned professional rally driver. He's always had someone in the seat beside him, reading the road and calling what's coming.

Away from the stages, he's taking his business, Paddon Racing Group, somewhere it hasn't been before—from a Cromwell workshop and rally team to a technology-led motorsport business serving Asia-Pacific. On event day, he's the athlete and the business owner at the same time.

So he's brought in a co-driver for his business too. Our co-founder Chris Hughes works alongside Hayden, bringing the experience of someone who's grown, operated and transformed businesses himself. Together, they're anticipating what's ahead, challenging assumptions and working through the decisions and sequence of moves needed to take Paddon Racing Group where Hayden wants it to go.
