Good Businesses
Strong foundations. Potential worth realising.
INVEST WITH US | WHOLESALE INVESTORS ONLY
Invest alongside us in good New Zealand businesses with strong foundations and futures worth building.
Duality brings together aligned capital, capable people and enduring operating capability to acquire, invest in, redesign, integrate and develop businesses, creating value through what those businesses become, not simply how they are bought and sold.

Across New Zealand, good businesses are reaching different moments in their development.
Some are established businesses approaching ownership succession, with much of their value still dependent on their owners. Others are younger, innovative businesses with proven commercial success, ready to grow beyond their current operating capability.
There are capable people who could lead and develop these businesses, and investors who want to take part without running them day to day.
Strong foundations. Potential worth realising.

Considered case by case
We're Chris and Camille. Over the past decade, we've built, bought, invested in, operated and sold businesses and assets of our own, including property investments and business ventures.
Our largest operating role was at Switched On Group, where we helped grow a family business into a national operation through acquisitions, integration, operating redesign and ownership transition.
We've built what we learned into Duality, bringing together capital, capable people and operating systems to help more good businesses grow, change and last.

We'll be in touch as opportunities to invest alongside Duality become available.
