We invest where a proven business has the potential to become significantly more valuable, but its existing operating model cannot yet support that next stage. Value is created by improving how the business operates, what it can deliver and the cash it can generate.

Risks & disclosures
Investing in growing businesses involves risk, including the potential loss of capital. Growth plans may not be achieved, businesses may need more time or capital than expected, and investments are likely to be illiquid.
Duality may provide separately charged redesign and operating services to portfolio businesses. Every intervention is scoped, bound and at or below market rates, and approved by the independent committee members. Related-party arrangements will be set out in full in the fund documents.
