He’s got one in the car. Now he’s got one for the business.

Hayden Paddon is an internationally renowned professional rally driver. He’s always had someone in the seat beside him, reading the road and calling what’s coming.

Off the stage, he’s taking his business, Paddon Racing Group, somewhere it hasn’t been before – from a Cromwell workshop and rally team to a technology-led motorsport business serving Asia-Pacific. On event day, he’s the athlete and the business owner at the same time.

So he’s brought in a co-driver for the business too, someone who has been down this road before. Monthly sessions with our co-founder Chris Hughes, working out what needs to happen and in what order. Hayden’s still driving.
